replace cycleway line with shared_lane. many parts are virtually pictgram and semmingly lane part seems not desinated as legal 自転車レーン (cycle lane) so we can think it as a bit better shared lane. the original cycleway was drawn 7 years ago by shuuji3
add shops and buildings, update school building tags, fix many roadss as residential roads where most of them within 30km special slow limitation area by shuuji3
