Heard from Okadatsuneo-san that "Living Road" is not used in Japan. This area is a designated special area for pedestrian and bicycle traffic with only shops, but allows service vehicles in as needed at very low speeds to load/unload, or in emergencies. by ApoplecticPlatypus
