randoms around azumino / horigane and other places. found a bicycle path horribly mapped - roads replaced with cycleways, and in other places mapped as a secondary road because it has a ref #441 (it should still be a cycleway). by javbw
fixing incorrectly mapped cycleway: because it has a prefectural ref, it was tagged as a secondary when it is actually a 1m wide cycle path. by javbw
